Every rupee here goes to companies you already deal with. None of it comes to us. The software is free to use, and the public pages employers check are free for colleges, students and employers alike.

These figures come from published prices and an assumed ten submissions per student a year.

The ceiling

You set the limit, and the software holds it

A per use cost with no ceiling is hard for anyone to sign off. So the ceiling is a number you choose.

One limit for the whole college, for a term you set.
A second limit for each group of students, so one large first year batch cannot eat everyone else's budget.
The limit is checked before the work is sent, not after. Anything that would cross the line does not run, and your administrator is told which limit stopped it.
A running total, split by group, so you can see where the money went and not only how much of it went.

Three things that keep the bill down

You do not pay twice for the same work. A teacher who opens the same draft four times while reviewing it is charged once.
Simple work costs less. Routine parts of a scorecard go to a cheaper option, and the stronger one runs only where your college says it is worth it. That rule is yours to set.
You can drop the outside service altogether. The software can run against a free system on a machine you own instead. It does not mind which model it points at, so you size that machine to your own load.

Who you pay

The account is in your name

You open the account with the AI service. They bill you directly. We are never in the middle, so there is no invoice we could send and no price we could raise in year three.

We do not resell AI capacity.
Your account details never sit on a ReadyHo server.
We take no cut of what you spend.

Moving to a different service, or to your own hardware, is a settings change and a restart. Not a rebuild.

Limits

What it does not do

It cannot make a supplier cheaper. It cuts how much work gets sent and what the routine work costs. It does not change anyone's price list.
It does not choose for you. There is a sensible default, and the choice stays with the people accountable for the marks.
A cheaper option does not change the rule. Every score is a first draft at every price. Your teacher reads it and decides the real mark, then a working professional checks the finished work.
AI tutoring for students is not part of this. It is not built, it is off, and it is not in the figures above. If it is ever added it would be the largest cost here by a distance, at an estimated 400 to 1,800 rupees per student per year.
